What makeup looks good with my hair, skin, and eye color?

I have really pale skin that refuses to tan. Some times it looks pinkish and other times it looks pale olive-ish. I have medium blue, medium size, almond shaped eyes with thick dark lashes. I have light brown, golden-ish, shoulder length, slightly wavy hair. I am getting really fed up with myself because no matter what way I apply my eye makeup I look dead, I have huge eyebags, I use foundation from www.everydayminerals.com and it works for everyone else but no matter what makeup I buy it looks orange and splotchy, and if I don't wear it I look like a horrible beast. I refuse to go back to non-mineral foundation because it clogs my pores really badly and the minerals don't. What should I do?
