Why didn't John McCain look at Obama in the entire debate?

You're not the only one that have noticed this. I did too, i studied the camera shots and realized that he was refusing to even look at Obama during the entire debate. Many post debate commentators have brought that up, and have pointed out that it reflects his trait of loathing to even speak to anyone that he considers to be an enemy. If you recall, his angriest moment was when Obama was hammering him about meeting with Ahmadenijad, and McCain incredulently said he can't see why anyone would want to even talk to a man that has been calling for Israel's destruction. So, there goes all of Henry Kissinger's advice on that subject, even though he's supposed to be his foreign policy advisor. McCain is not fit to handle foreign policy, if he cannot even negotiate with anyone he considers to be his enemy.
