Tattoos acceptable in the business world?

In this modern day and age, it would seem tattoos are considered more of an adventurous eccentricity in the business world rather than the trashy social stigma they once held. I'm considering getting a very very very small tattoo of a love heart on the palm of my hand. In your opinion, would this at all limit eligibility in the business world? What career paths do you think would this effect, if any?
