Sinus Infection, what is this discharge ?

I have chronic sinus infections & nasal polyps over 10 years. I'vd been on anitbotics and steriods, left and right. But I have this discharge, it looks like forest green sponges from the bottom of the ocean. Anyone know what this is ???
