Medical Question!?

I am a 25 year old female. I have graves disease, graves eye disease and a swollen lymph node in my lower abdomen. I have had Graves Disease for about 1 year. I just had a thyroid ultrasound and it showed that there is a nodule on the thryoid. I have a goiter on both sides of the thyroid. I have to undergo a thyroid biopsy before we can go any further. I also have the abdominal lymphnode that is swollen and I have sharp pains off and on from that. I have had 2 cat scans and 4 rounds of antibiotics with no results. There is a lymphnode biopsy planned as well. My question(s) are this, Will this be painful? The other is can these conditions be related at all? There are no other nodes swollen that we can tell.
