I have a 2004 dodge neon sxt. I just had new motor mounts put on and the car sounds the same other than it is?

I have a 2004 dodge neon sxt. I just had new motor mounts put on and the car sounds the same other than it is quieter at a stand still. what else could the shaking be? It sounds almost normal at a stop light but when I press on the gas it starts shaking again. It has 86000 miles on it.
