What is the format of writing when you are writing as a omnipresent narrator?

There is no specific format. Usually you write an entire chapter in that manner and then switch to another form or narration or you write the entire book in that style. And it is called Omniscient not omnipresent. It means that the narrator (third person) knows everything that is going on in the story - and can report on anything that happens - including everyone's thoughts. If you are writing in this manner, you just write in third person and hold back nothing. A much better way to write is third person limited, where the narrator is either unaware or chooses NOT to reveal the entire story. That allows for the element of surprise at the ending. Then, you have to decide if your narrator is reliable or unreliable. Lots of choices. That is why your prep time and your ysis before starting a book is so important. Pax-C
