Should I take Anatomy, Personal $ Management, or French 4?

It'll be my senior year next year and I have one extra slot open. I'm torn between CIS Anatomy & Physiology (it's a College In Schools cl so I could possibly get college credit for it), Personal Money Management, and French 4. I like the college credit aspect of AnatPhys but I don't plan on entering a medical field (maybe pharmacy though). I like Pers$Man because I want some sort of senior slide (I'm taking five AP cles) and I want to do an extracurricular called DECA (business), but I feel I could easily learn everything taught in that cl on my own. I like French 4 because the teacher is amazing and we have a tight cl but I don't really learn much in French. I plan to go to a high tier college (not quite Ivy League) such as Tufts, Carnegie Mellon, or Lehigh. I DO want my senior schedule to show rigor. I plan to enter an engineering field.
