I think you already said why it was a problem. Just elaborate. I like how you put so many statistics in your paragraph. It adds a lot to the credibility. I agree that uals should be able to adopt. Every child's parents have some "oddity" that can be talked about. Perhaps they are severely obese, mentally incompetent, or physically disabled, but that doesn't mean that they shouldn't be able to have children.
