OUR NEWLY ADOPTED DOG WON'T EAT!?

We recently adopted a 1 year old bet hound and she refuses to eat dog food. when we got her she was pretty malnourished but her energy level has stayed up. she acts normal and she seems to be very happy. but I just cant seem to get her to eat.
