browns and naturals would look best do smoky eyes but not lips and if you do... use a nude lip color... if you go with bright colors you might be mistaken (or rightfully noticed as) a punk, emo, or goth... try and stay away from blacks or anything too dark (except for eyeliner but even then u could use brown)
