Is there something called coral draw format...?

i have to submit a logo design in 'coral draw as well as jpej format'...does this mean that it is compulsory for me to use coral draw for making the logo..? or is there a format called 'coral draw format'...also if there is such a format, is it possible to convert non coral draw format files to CDformat files..?? just like its possible to convert a PSD file to jpej.
