Holocaust question about Germany and surrounding countries?

I'm doing a Holocaust project and for part of the project I was thinking of printing out a map of Germany and the surrounding countries that were involved in the Holocaust, and then put little SS soldiers and Hitler on Germany and leave the other countries with no people. There's another part of the project where I'm putting Jews, Gypsies, disabled people, etc in and that would be where all of the people in the other countries went (murdered). I want the map to symbolize the extermination of millions of people, but I'm not sure if it would be factually correct because I don't know what kind of people were in each country at the time. I know that all those countries weren't filled with just people that Hitler wanted to kill, but would it make sense to have Hitler and his "friends" standing on Germany and no people standing on other countries?
