She can not count on the Super Delegates, nor a Michigan or Florida do over. That said she does have one last desperation play. She could put up the facade she is still in the race but spend very little, tell her staff to start prepping for phase 2, go back to the states she won easily, save up and after Oboma gets the nomination announce she is running as an independent.
