********Is my Boss taking advantage of Me cuz im illegal!!!!!!!!!!?

I am 21 yrs old, and have been living in this country all of my life, im in the process of receiving my residency through my attorney, however my attorney does not know that i have a parttime job. He thinks i am a homemaker/ student (which i also am). I started working in a dental offfice for a private dentist....and he knows my situation..that i wont receive a SSN till the end of the year (god willing). He hired me either way and told me not to tell the other DA's so i dont, since theyre on payroll they get paid, i worked for him as an intern 4 1 month (at first he said i only had to do it for 2 weeks) he never discussed my pay, hr rate, or type of payment....hes always avoiding the conversation, and im tired of working for free labor.....what could i do? since the exp is valuable and i need to support my family (daughter & husband).And pay all of my hospital bills etc (i refused to use medical or gov't istance.) I just want to work repectively...and get paid on time! What do I do?
