YA books with gay characters?

I am looking for a good books, (optional on the young adult), with characters in it that are gay. I've only found the Mortal Instruments (Alec+Magnus), and a Modern Faerie Tale (Corny+Luis). I would so love it if someone knew of a book with a gay couple as main characters but otherwise does anyone know of ones with supporting characters that through the books find a partner?
